Stuffed Onions(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large onions
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    4 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 tsp. leaf thyme
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
Preparation
    Using sharp knife, hollow out center or each onion leaving a 1/4-inch thick shell.
    Place onions in an 8-inch square glass pan; set aside.
    In a medium bowl, mix peas, mushrooms, carrots, thyme, pepper and granules. Fill onions with mixture.
    Cover tightly and microwave on High 7 to 9 minutes until onions are tender and the stuffing is hot all the way through.
    Makes 4 servings.
