Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. celery, diced
    4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    14 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Simmer chicken, 2 tablespoons onion and salt in just enough water to cook.
    When cooked, bone and cut into bite size pieces. Mix all other ingredients; except oil, with chicken.
    Spoon into baking dish and drizzle oil over top.
