Hot Seafood Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans crabmeat or tuna, drained
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt and other ingredients.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Serve as a hot, open-faced sandwich or in a chafing dish/warming tray to spread on crackers.
