Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh green beans
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. oil
grated rind of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 c. low-fat yogurt
1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
Preparation

Cut green beans into serving size pieces and steam until tender.
Saute onion in olive oil until translucent.
Add lemon rind, dill and yogurt and heat thoroughly.
Place green beans in casserole dish and cover with yogurt sauce.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 30 minutes, until sauce is bubbly.
