Fennel Italian Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. fennel seeds
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. coarse black pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Make a well and put in water, oil and beaten egg.
    Mix well.
    Take a piece and roll pencil thin.
    Make a knot.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0 on an ungreased cookie sheet.
