Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 margarine or butter, melted
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    3 eggs
    1 c. pure maple syrup
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan or 13 x 9-inch baking pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add pumpkin, eggs, 1/4 cup pure maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until edge springs back when lightly touched (center will be slightly soft). Cool. Chill. Just before serving, remove side of spring-form pan. Top with Maple Pecan Glaze. Refrigerate leftovers.
