Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. yellow mustard
    3/4 c. butter
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    6 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cut off top of crust of bread.
    Slice diagonally both ways, without cutting through the bottom crust.
    Mix lemon juice, poppy seed, mustard and butter in a pan.
    Melt.
    Add onion.
    Place bread on large sheet of foil.
    Pour butter mixture over bread, stuffing cheese into slashes.
    Wrap with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
