Yankee Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cranberries (12 oz. pkg.)
2 c. sugar, separated
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans or filberts)
2 large eggs
1 c. unsifted flour
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/4 c. corn oil
Preparation

Butter a 10-inch pie plate or quiche tin.
Spread berries over the bottom and sprinkle 1 cup sugar and nuts over them.
In small bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
Add 1 cup sugar and beat well. Slowly mix in flour, margarine and oil.
Beat until blended and pour over berries and nuts.
(I usually add a little vanilla and use less sugar.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes.
