Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cut up, cooked and drained well
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onion, sauteed in 1/2 stick butter
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    Pam cooking spray
Preparation
    Mix squash, sugar, mayonnaise, sauteed onions, eggs and salt and pepper. Pour into oiled baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top of mixture. Add crackers on top of cheese. Spray with cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
