Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
    1 c. celery slices
    1 (8 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, sugar, oil and seasonings; beat until thoroughly blended.
    Pour over vegetables; mix lightly.
    Cover; marinate in dressing in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Drain.
    Makes 8 servings.
