Dutchess Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. chicken stock
    4 or 5 celery stalks
    3 carrots, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 lb. (4 oz.) each: frozen peas, cut green beans and corn
    1 c. hot milk
    1 c. melted margarine
    1 c. flour
    6 oz. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Combine chicken stock, celery, carrots and onion; simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Add frozen vegetables and simmer 5 minutes more.
    Add 1 cup hot milk.
