Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sugar (Splenda or Sweet and Low can be used, verify package for substitution amounts)
5 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
Ritz Crackers, crumbled (enough to cover casserole)
Preparation

Drain pineapple and put in bottom of a 10 inch pie plate or 8 x 10 inch baking dish. Mix cheese, sugar and flour. Sprinkle over pineapple. Crumble crackers over cheese topping and drizzle melted butter over crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Recipe can be doubled to use a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
