Fresh Fried Potato Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 or 8 medium potatoes, scraped and sliced thin
1 c. Pet milk
1/2 c. flour
deep fat (for frying)
pepper and salt to taste
Preparation

Put potatoes in a large bowl and add salt and pepper.
Moisten well with Pet milk.
Sift about 1/2 cup flour over potatoes and coat potatoes well.
Fry in deep fat until brown.
