Crabmeat In Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 bunch shallots (using only white ends)
    1/2 c. butter or stick
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend butter, flour and milk.
    Add beaten egg yolks.
    Stir constantly until thick over heat.
    Remove from heat.
    Add lemon juice, salt and chopped shallots.
    Serves 6.
