Whipped Cream Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. grated horseradish root
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
few grains cayenne
few drops onion juice
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Mix horseradish root, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, sugar, cayenne and onion juice.
Chill.
Just before serving, fold this mixture into whipped cream.
