Cheesy Puffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. shredded cheese (4 oz. sharp cheese)
1 egg
2/3 c. milk

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease bottom only of muffin pans.
Mix ingredients vigorously about 1/2 minute.
Fill 12 greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
