Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 c. granulated sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    confectioners sugar (for topping)
Preparation
    Cream butter and confectioners sugar; blend in flour.
    Mix well.
    Press evenly in 11 x 17-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Beat eggs slightly; add remaining ingredients.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Spread evenly over crust. Bake an additional 13 to 15 minutes or until set.
    Don't burn. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still warm.
    When slightly cooled, but still soft, cut into squares.
    Place in container with tight fitting lid.
    Separate layers with freezer wrap.
    Store in freezer.
