Crustless Quiche Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. bacon bits
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    1 c. shredded cheese
    6 eggs
    10 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed and squeezed dry
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter muffin tins.
    In large bowl, combine eggs, cream, broccoli, salt and pepper.
    Stir in bacon bits.
    Pour into muffin tins, filling each approximately halfway. Bake 1 hour or until knife in center comes out clean.
    Makes 12 to 15 muffins.
