Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed very ripe bananas (approximately 4 to 5 medium bananas)
1/3 c. water
1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Preparation

Can be assembled (in order listed) and baked in bread machine on \"batter breads\" setting.
Or preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease bottom only of regular size loaf pan.
Mix ingredients in order listed, mixing well between each ingredient.
Pour into pan.
Bake until toothpick comes out clean (8-inch pan 1 1/4 hours, 9-inch pan 55 to 60 minutes).
Cool 5 minutes.
Loosen from sides of pan and remove.
Cool completely before slicing.
