Zucchini Milano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    5 c. zucchini, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel casings from sausages. Crumble meat into frying pan and saute 10 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and set to the side.
