Oven Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small baking potatoes (about 1 lb. total)
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. onion powder (optional)
    nonstick spray coating
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes thoroughly.
    Cut each potato lengthwise into eight slices.
    Brush the cut surface of the potatoes lightly with melted margarine.
    In a plastic bag, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, paprika and onion powder.
    Add eight potato slices to the bag; shake to coat (the potatoes will not be completely coated).
    Spray an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan with nonstick coating.
    Arrange the potatoes in a baking pan.
    Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 400\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 3 or 4 servings.
