Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cut up potatoes
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 thin onion slice
    1 strip frozen bacon
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except the potatoes, in a blender. Blend at high for 2 to 3 seconds.
    Gradually, while blending, add the potatoes.
    Blend for 45 seconds.
    Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
