Almond Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. chopped, cooked chicken
1 oz. toasted slivered almonds (1/4 c.)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. diet mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix chicken, almonds and celery in bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
Blend into chicken and toss lightly.
Yields 4 servings.
