Nonna'S Rice Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Carolina rice
    1 c. cooked or jar Italian tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. chop meat or leftover meatballs
    1 c. Mozzarella, cut in cubes
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 to 3 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
    grating cheese
    1 small can peas (optional)
Preparation
    Cook rice and drain (do not rinse). Brown chop meat or mash leftover meatballs with fork. (If using meatballs, omit browning and draining meat.) Drain meat; put in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce, parsley, grating cheese and Mozzarella; mix well.
