Sweet Dills - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. kosher slices
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 clove garlic, sliced
Preparation
    Drain pickles. Reserve\t1/2
    cup
    juice. Add to rest of the ingredients.
    Mix
    well. Add pickles.
    Refrigerate 3 days, at least.
