Stuffed Mushrooms With Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 large fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. oil
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
10 oz. Boursin cheese, softened
seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Brush mushroom caps with oil.
Place on baking sheet, round side up, and broil for 1 minute.
Blend spinach with cheese; fill mushroom caps.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake on greased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve immediately.
May be frozen and baked unthawed.
Serves 8.
