Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. corn meal
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small onion, minced
2 hot jalapeno peppers, minced
1 egg
enough milk to make stiff batter

Preparation

Mix and deep fry spoonfuls in hot grease.
