Orange Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    grated rind of 1 orange
    3 Tbsp. soft butter
    juice of 1 orange
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Add orange rind. Cut in shortening. Add juice and sour cream. Roll to 3/4-inch on floured board. Cut and bake on nonstick cookie sheet 8 minutes at 425\u00b0. Cool on wire rack or serve warm. Good with orange marmalade.
