Kaffee Kunchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 recipe Topper
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 stiff beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; beat in egg yolks.
    Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with milk a little at a time, beating after each addition.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle Topper over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    Serve warm.
