Salmon Lemon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon (include liquid)
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. fresh pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flake salmon.
    Combine all other ingredients. Spoon into oiled quart loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered with lemon slices over the top for 40 minutes.
    Serve with a white mushroom or lemon sauce.
