Orange Gold Cake With Orange Butter Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. soft butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks (egg substitute can be used)
    grated rind of 1 orange
    1/3 c. orange juice
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add yolks, one at a time, beating constantly.
    Beat in orange rind and juice.
    Sift together dry ingredients; add alternately with milk, beating until smooth. Pour into greased and floured spring-form pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour, until done.
    Cool; remove from pan.
