Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 uncooked lasagne noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms (undrained)
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese slices
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
    Cook beef and onion until well done; drain.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms; heat to boil.
    Reduce heat to simmer.
    Mix remaining ingredients except Mozzarella slices.
    Pour small amount of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Place 3 lasagne noodles on top of sauce.
    Spread cheese mixture on lasagne.
    Top with a layer of Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat this step with remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
