Cold Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans carrots, drained
    1 medium red onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer carrots, onions and pepper in a large bowl.
