Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 c. raw rice
    1 large onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 stalk celery
    salt and pepper
    1/2 bell pepper
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Saute butter, onion, bell pepper, garlic, celery and ground meat.
    Take off fire.
    Season and add tomato sauce, Ro-Tel and cream of mushroom soup.
    Add rice, chopped cabbage and water. Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir often.
