Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Use 2 lbs. frozen Ore-Ida O'Brien potatoes (with green pepper)
1/2 stick melted butter
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
10 oz. (or more) cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Grease 9x13 inch dish.
Thaw hash browns, enough to separate and spread in dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Saute butter and onions in pan; remove from heat.
Add soup, cheese and sour cream. Pour on potatoes.
Cover and bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Uncover and bake additional 30 minutes.
