Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 acorn squash, cut in half with seeds removed
    1/2 c. applesauce
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Place squash
    cut
    side down in glass baking dish.
    Add small amount of
    water, about 1 inch in pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately
    20
    minutes
    or
    until
    partially soft.
    Remove water from
    pan;
    turn
    squash
    cut side up in pan.
    Fill each half
    with 1/4 cup applesauce; sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Return to oven; continue baking until done.
    Makes 2 servings.
