Sour Cream Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cucumbers, peeled
1 clove garlic
3 c. chicken broth
3 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
toasted almonds
Preparation

Combine 1 cucumber, garlic, 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup broth in blender and blend until smooth.
Continue until all ingredients are blended.
Combine and add vinegar and salt.
Chill and serve topped with toasted almonds.
