Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. hot milk
2 to 4 Tbsp. brandy
whipped cream
Preparation

Combine chocolate, sugar and eggs in blender container.
Add hot milk and brandy.
Process on medium speed until smooth.
Pour into dessert dishes.
Chill for 1 hour.
Garnish with whipped cream.
Serves 6.
