Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2/3 c. cold water
3 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. pumpkin
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. broken nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat first 5 ingredients well.
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon and add.
Fold in nuts and raisins.
Bake at 325\u00b0 in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan, 9 x 13-inch pan or muffin tins*.
Bake 1 1/2 hours (less for muffins).
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm or cool and frost.
