Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
3 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 pkg. raisins
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix sugar, margarine, eggs, caraway seed, raisins and milk.
Put into loaf pan.
Melt butter.
Pour on top of mixture and sprinkle with sugar.
