Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. mild sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained on paper towels
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    The night before serving, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Place the bread cubes in the dish.
    Top with sausage and then the grated cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard; pour over the ingredients in the baking dish.
    Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
