Theresa'S Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (32 oz.) Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 medium green bell pepper
    1 carrot
    1 medium onion
    3 white mushrooms
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. romano cheese
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Individually chop vegetables in a food processor until finely minced.
    Place oil in a large pot and saute vegetables along with minced garlic and parsley.
    Once vegetables are partially cooked (about 4 minutes), add sauce and broth.
    Lower heat and cook for approx. 1 hour.
    When sauce is done, add the romano cheese and stir.
