Microwave Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put butter and chocolate in glass mixing bowl.
Microwave on High for 30 to 45 seconds or until melted.
Add sugar and beat well.
Add eggs and beat well.
Stir in flour and vanilla, mixing well.
Add nuts and pour into a 9-inch ungreased pie plate.
Cook in microwave on High for 6 minutes, rotating plate often. Top with vanilla ice cream if desired.
