Sour Cream Orange Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and set aside. Cream the butter and brown sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, orange rind and sour cream. Sift in dry ingredients, blending well. Add nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Top with icing while still warm.
