Ingredients

1 large box sugar-free Jell-O (any flavor)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 carton fat-free cream cheese
1 bowl Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve Jell-O with the boiling water.
Add the cold water and mix well.
Next add the cream cheese, blending it with a mixer, then add one cup Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until firm.
Top the pie with Cool Whip and serve.
