Stir-Fried Chicken And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 lb. mushrooms
2 tsp. cornstarch
4 green onions
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. frozen peas
Preparation

Remove skin and bone from chicken; slice thinly, holding knife at a diagonal slant.
Mix chicken with next six ingredients; set aside.
Thinly slice mushrooms and onion.
Stir-fry in 1/4 cup oil until tender (2 minutes).
Remove to bowl.
Add three tablespoons more oil; stir-fry chicken mixture until done (2 or 3 minutes). Add mushroom mixture and peas.
Heat through.
Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
