Oriental Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked shrimp
1 can bean sprouts
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and minced
1 c. chow mein noodles
1/4 c. minced green onion
1/4 c. minced celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Combine first six ingredients in a bowl.
Mix together remaining ingredients and combine with shrimp mixture.
Chill and serve.
