Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. 6 oz. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    2 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    2 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    2 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 3/4 tsp. salt
    1 (No. 10) can Libby's solid pack pumpkin
    14 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (No. 10) can Carnation evaporated milk
    8 pie shells, unbaked
Preparation
    Mix sugar, spices and salt. Add pumpkin.
    Mix well. Add eggs. Blend thoroughly. Add evaporated milk gradually. Mix well.
    Pour into pie shells. Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until set.
    Cut each pie into sixths. Serve.
    Makes 8 (9-inch) pies.
