Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. roast beef drippings or pot roast drippings
Preparation

Beat eggs at low speed.
Add milk.
Beat 1 minute.
Add flour and salt.
Beat 2 minutes.
Pour batter into drippings.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Cut into squares; serve immediately.
