Orange Juice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. ground raisins
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. nuts
grated orange zest

Preparation

Beat sugar, shortening and buttermilk.
Beat alternately milk and dry ingredients.
Add grated orange rind and ground raisins. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
